1. Introduction
This contract is entered into by Bineta Diallo and Emeka Okonkwo (hereinafter referred to as the "Clients") and Event Perfekt Ltd (hereinafter referred to as the "Planner") for wedding planning services for their event in July 2024.

3. Services Provided:
Event Perfekt Ltd agrees to provide comprehensive wedding planning services, including but not limited to:
•    Venue sourcing and booking
•    Vendor selection and management
•    Decor and theme planning
•    Coordination of catering and menu selection
•    Entertainment and music arrangement
•   Wedding website creation.

 4. Financial Terms
Service Fee: £2,000
Deposit: A non-refundable deposit of 15% (£300) is required to commence the planning services.
Payment Schedule: The remaining balance will be due by a payment schedule to be agreed upon.

5. Engagement and Planning Process
•    Upon receipt of the deposit, a dedicated wedding planner will be assigned to the Clients. 
•    An initial detailed meeting will be scheduled to discuss the wedding plans in depth.
•    An account and communication channel will be established for ongoing coordination and updates.
The Planner will work within the Client' budget of £15,000, acknowledging that costs are subject to change due to market fluctuations, with no guarantees on final costs.

6. Timeline and Constraints
December: Consultation, account set up and sourcing period. Booking services with vendors will be avoided during the Christmas season.
Post-December: Active planning and booking of services will resume after the holiday season.
July 2024: Target month for the wedding event.

7. Cancellation Policy
•    Cancellation by the Clients must be made in writing or via email. 
•    The deposit will not be refunded upon cancellation. 
•    In case of cancellation by the Planner, all funds paid will be refunded in full except for services already fulfilled.

8. Liability
Event Perfekt Ltd is not responsible for any failure or delay in services due to circumstances beyond their control, especially acts of God such as weather, earthquake, fire, accidents and death.

9. Agreement
This contract represents the entire agreement between the Clients and Event Perfekt Ltd. Any modifications must be in writing and signed by both parties.
